New shocking information has been found in the brutal stabbing of mother Laila Afroz and her daughter Nafisa Lawal Binte Aziz in Dhaka's Mohammadpur. The autopsy report showed that 30 stab marks were found all over the body of the deceased Afroz, and four deep stab wounds were found on the neck of her daughter Nafisa.

According to police sources, Afroz's body had multiple injuries from sharp weapons on her face, throat, hands, chest and abdomen. The injuries, especially on the chest and below the throat, were fatal. Nafisa died of excessive bleeding due to deep stab wounds on both sides of her chest.

Investigating officers said that the killer seemed to be trained or accustomed to the style and brutality of the murder. After searching the scene, the police recovered two sharp knives and a Chinese switchgear from the bathroom, which are believed to have been used in the murder.

Meanwhile, CCTV footage of the building showed that the housemaid Ayesha entered the house at 7:52 am on Monday wearing a black burqa and left at 9:36 am wearing a school uniform and carrying a bag on her shoulder. Police believe that she is the main planner and implementer of the murder.

The deceased Nafisa's father, AZ Azizul Islam, said that the housemaid was hired by the building's caretaker and security personnel four days ago. However, the girl never gave her identity or phone number.

Tejgaon Division Deputy Commissioner Ibne Mizan said, "We have received some important information. The investigation is progressing rapidly after analyzing the CCTV footage and other evidence."

Police said that an investigation is underway to uncover the reason behind the murder and the real identity of the housemaid. There is still extreme panic in the area about the entire incident.
