Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus will inaugurate the 'Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025' on Wednesday (April 9). On the third day of the conference held at Hotel Intercontinental, he will inaugurate the trial use of Starlink, which will bring significant progress in the technology sector of Bangladesh through space-based internet services. It is expected that through this initiative, the possibility of getting international standard internet services will be created.
In Wednesday's session, Dr. Yunus will discuss the steps taken by the government to attract foreign investment and investment opportunities in Bangladesh. He will urge foreign companies to invest in Bangladesh.
During the first two days of the business summit, business representatives from various countries including China, Korea, Switzerland, America have expressed interest in investing in various sectors of Bangladesh. In addition, several foreign banks have promised to provide loans to Bangladesh.
The government has already relaxed various regulations for foreign investors and formulated a new energy policy. Chief Advisor Dr. Yunus will make important announcements on the third day of the conference regarding facilitation and support for business relocation in Bangladesh.
