The party chairman is film actor Ilias Kanchan, and the secretary general is former BNP vice chairman Shawkat Mahmud. Golam Sarwar Milon has been appointed as the party's executive chairman and spokesperson. The vice-chairmen are: Rafiqul Haque Hafiz, senior advocate ABM Waliur Rahman, Rehana Salam, advocate Mohammad Abdullah, MA Yusuf, Syeda Azijun Nahar, Golam Mehraj, Brigadier General (retd.) Kamrul, Nirmal Chakraborty.

The party also includes: Senior Joint Secretary General M Asaduzzaman, Joint Secretary General Advocate ABM Rafiqul Haque Talukder Raja, Al Amin Raju, Advocate Shiuli Sultana Ruby, Nazmul Ahsan, Jamal Uddin, Shahadat Hossain, Asaduzzaman and Zakir Hossain Litu.

Nurul Quader Sohel is the coordinator, while Advocate Jahangir, Zakir Hossain and Fatema Begum are the co-coordinators.

Elias Kanchan, who has been active in the country's road safety for a long time, is the founder of the 'Neerapad Sarak Chai (Nischa)' movement. He started a social movement on this issue after his wife Jahanara Kanchan was killed in a road accident in 1993. Although he has been called upon to contest elections at various times, this is the first time he is directly entering politics.
