At a meeting with valiant freedom fighters at Thakurgaon District Freedom Fighters Complex on Monday (November 10) morning, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that a group is involved in various conspiracies to postpone the upcoming 13th National Parliament elections. He said that the defeated forces of 71 are trying to harm the country and are trying to create division using religion.

Fakhrul said, “We should not forget everything about the 24th movement, we should not forget the independence of 71. No port terminal will be given to anyone by harming the country.” He also said that postponing the elections means the country’s ruin, so the election schedule must be announced quickly.
