A truck ran over people standing on the road at Azampur intersection in Uttara, Dhaka, at around 3am on Saturday (June 28). Two men were killed on the spot and another died after being taken to hospital.
Uttara Purba Police Station OC Md. Golam Mostafa confirmed the incident. He said efforts are underway to identify the deceased. The deadly truck has been seized and the bodies have been sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Hospital morgue for autopsy.
