DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md. Sajjat ​​Ali, who visited the National Eidgah ground in the capital on Friday (June 6) morning, said that there is no security risk in the capital surrounding Eid. He said that 500 patrol teams are working day and night to ensure the security of the empty city.

Regarding the security of the National Eidgah, he said that CCTV cameras have been installed in the National Eidgah, Baitul Mukarram and surrounding areas. No sharp objects can be carried while entering the Eidgah.

Meanwhile, Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that the law enforcement agencies are fully engaged to ensure the overall security of the country. We are 100 percent confident about security.
