The historic Suhrawardy Park in the capital has been bustling with people since early Saturday (November 15) for the International Conference on the End of the Prophethood. Participants reached the conference venue on foot, by private transport, bus and metro rail.

The organizing committee said that the park will become a historic scene with the presence of millions of people in this conference of global unity to protect the sacred creed of the End of the Prophethood. The conference will be presided over by Maulana Abdul Hamid, convener of the Sammilitat Khatme Nabuyat Parishad.

Eminent scholars from the country and abroad have participated. Renowned Islamic educators from Pakistan, India and Egypt are present. Ameer of Hefazat-e-Islam Maulana Shah Muhibullah Babunagari, Muhtamim of Darul Uloom Hathazari Maulana Khalil Ahmad Qureshi and more than fifty other renowned scholars are participating from Bangladesh.

Maulana Muhiuddin Rabbani said that the conference will hold a global discussion on the demand to declare Qadianis as non-Muslims.
